Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Sonora AI, provided by CODEFORGE LLC. Signing up accepts them.

What is included

A voice assistant configured for your business, the minutes your plan states, and the portal for calls, appointments, messages and usage. We do the standard initial configuration at no charge: you pay only the monthly price. Custom work — special integrations, several locations — is quoted separately, in writing, before it starts.

Minutes beyond those included are billed at your plan's per-minute rate.

What is not included

On web plans the assistant does not transfer a live call to a phone: it takes a message and tells you to call back. That is a technical limit of browser calling, not a commercial choice, and it is stated before you sign up.

The service does not replace your reception, and does not guarantee every enquiry is resolved without a human.

Your responsibilities

That the information you give us to configure the assistant — hours, prices, services, coverage — is correct and current. The assistant answers with what you loaded.

Using the service lawfully, and not for unsolicited communications where the law prohibits them.

Billing and cancellation

The service is monthly, billed in advance, with overage billed in arrears. There is no minimum term: you can cancel by telling us, and the service runs until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling ends future billing; it is not a refund of the current period.

To cancel: from the portal, or by writing to contact@sonoravoice.com. We confirm by email.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you sign up online, you have ten calendar days from signup to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to us and we refund what you paid for that period.

Outside that window, if you ask for a refund of a monthly charge, minutes already consumed are deducted at your plan's per-minute rate and the rest is returned — never less than zero. Custom work already delivered and verified is not refunded, because it pays for work already performed.

Call recording

Call recording is off by default. If you enable it for your business, the assistant announces it at the start of every call, and recordings and transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Enabling it is your decision and your responsibility toward your callers.

Phone numbers

If the service includes an Argentine phone number, that number is provided through our carrier and today cannot be ported to another provider when you leave: when the service ends, the number returns to the carrier. We say it here because it matters before you print that number on your storefront.

If you use call forwarding from your own line, the forwarding codes live in your handset: at offboarding we guide you through deactivating them and verify it with a test call.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party providers (telephony, speech processing, hosting). We do not offer a written availability guarantee, and we do not commit to response times or to the assistant's accuracy.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous three months.

Changes

If these terms or the prices change, we give reasonable notice by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

Data and governing law

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy. If your industry requires it, a data-processing agreement is available to sign.

Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by applicable Argentine law, including consumer-protection rules where they apply. For any disagreement, the first step is writing to us: problems get solved faster by talking than by litigating.
