A caller asking about a listing does not wait to be answered

Someone who saw a listing advertised and calls to ask about it does not leave it for later — if nobody answers, they try the agency down the street next. That call needs price, availability and a viewing time, not a voicemail.

Maple Street Realty, good afternoon. How can I help?

Read the whole call

Scripted, not recorded — real customer calls carry private details we don't publish, but the assistant is built to hold exactly this kind of conversation.

What the agency is left with

Mark Ellison asked about the one bedroom on Elm Avenue, eighteen fifty a month plus utilities. A showing is set for Saturday at eleven.

What happens in the first question

Sonora AI identifies whether the caller is asking about a specific listing, a broader search, or wants to sell or rent their own property. Each path follows a different logic from there.

For a specific listing, it confirms it is still available and gives the details and price — always from what you loaded, never invented. If the code or address is not loaded, it says so on the call instead of improvising something close.

The viewing, booked on the same call

Before offering a viewing, Sonora AI confirms the zone is one you cover — for a property outside your zone, it promises nothing. Then it reads your real calendar, offers a time, and leaves the viewing booked.

If someone asks about a zone in general, with no specific listing — "what does a two-room go for in Villa Crespo?" — it gives a price range, stated as an estimate.

What Sonora AI does not negotiate

If someone offers less than the listed price and asks whether it will be accepted, or asks whether their mortgage will be approved, Sonora AI does not confirm either over the phone — that is for the agent, with the owner or the bank.

It also never gives the amount of a competing offer, another interested party's details, or a current tenant's or owner's information. Those questions get routed directly.

If the caller wants to sell or rent their own property

Sonora AI takes their name, phone number and the property's basic details — never a value over the phone. An agent appraises it in person; giving a number for a property nobody has seen would be inventing it.

Nothing changes about how you work today

On the web plan it is a link and a QR: on the for-sale sign, in the Zonaprop or Argenprop listing, in your Instagram bio. Nothing about your number or how you show properties changes.

If you later want your existing number answered, the phone plan exists.

What you see after every call

Every call ends as a summary of which property was asked about, whether a viewing got booked, and the full transcript. Booked viewings carry the caller's name and number.

That tells you which listings generate the most enquiries, and means no interested caller gets lost outside business hours.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI answering service for a real estate agency?

The one that confirms availability and price from your loaded listings, books the viewing against your real calendar, and never negotiates or promises mortgage approval over the phone — that stays with the agent. Sonora AI is built on those three, without inventing a listing you have not loaded.

Does it give listing prices over the phone?

Yes, the published price of any listing you have loaded, exactly as stated — never invented, never negotiated. For a zone with no specific listing, it gives an estimated range instead of a fixed price.

What happens if someone wants to sell or rent their property?

Sonora AI takes their details so an agent can arrange an in-person appraisal. It does not give an estimated value over the phone — a property nobody on your team has seen cannot be genuinely appraised.

How much does it cost for a real estate agency?

Plans start at $29 per month with included minutes, no setup fee and no lock-in. Full pricing is published on the pricing page.
